How to Return Your Order
Our primary goal at abelini is to deliver the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction at all times. Therefore, after you purchase from us, if you are not completely satisfied with any item we will gladly offer a full refund or exchange within 60 days from the date of delivery of your order. For your items to qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original sellable state, meaning unworn, undamaged, and in a resalable condition with all original packaging and certificates. Reasonable handling to inspect the items, similar to what is allowed in a physical store, is acceptable.
Return Procedure
Step 1
You should package your item(s) in their original packaging and include any accompanying certificates. Include a cover letter explaining the reason for the return, and your contact details so that we can quickly process your return/exchange request.
Step 2
Kindly request a tracking number at your local post office counter for proof of postage.

Please Note: We do not accept liability for returned goods if lost during transit. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or not as described. Abelini will cover the return postage costs for faulty items. Please return using Royal Mail Special Delivery with full insurance.

We can offer you an exchange on your order based on your order's eligibility as per our returns policy. Follow the return process detailed above, and we will contact you to place a replacement order once we have received the item and processed your request.
- Engraved products: Jewellery that has been engraved either by Abelini or another jeweller.
- Bespoke items (those ordered through our Bespoke Design Service).
- Any item which has been worn and is not in a resalable condition.
- Any item which has been re-sized; either by Abelini or another jeweller.
Refunds will be processed within 8 working days of receiving the returned goods, and it may take an additional 8-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

To ensure the correct size of your ring, you need to get your finger professionally measured rather than using an alternative ring size measurement such as plastic ring sizers or any other instrument.

Resizing Process Timeframe
The resizing process typically takes 7-8 working days to complete. If the size adjustment required is significant, additional time may be needed to ensure precise resizing. In cases where the current ring cannot be resized effectively, we may need to craft a new ring to meet your specifications.
